I was employed as an educator by (SGB) for 4.5 years, with a clean disciplinary record. I was the only black teacher. In early 2025, my 13-year-old daughter (a learner at the school) became involved in a situation that escalated due to the school’s actions and eventually resulted in:

A. Violation of my child’s rights
• My child overheard adult conversation at home during my maternity leave.
• She later repeated parts of it to peers.
• Without my knowledge or consent, the Deputy Principal locked her in a room and interrogated her, showed her screenshots, and pressured her to “confess”.
• This occurred despite the school already knowing she was self-harming (email evidence).
• The Principal then exposed my child’s name and allegations to adult staff, despite my explicit objections.
• My child was bullied by peers and adults as a result.
• She later attempted suicide, and the school did not provide adequate support.
• She went missing during school hours, and the school failed to assist me with finding her.
• WCED provided only four counselling sessions.
This conduct violates:
• Children’s Act,
• SASA,
• WCED safeguarding and reporting policies,
• POPIA (disclosure of confidential information).

After I reported the school to WCED and the circuit manager for misconduct against my child:

On the 12th and 13th of Nov 2025 I reported the case to Col Jele at Kwadukuza police station office, he then requested Sgt Mthimkhulu to assist to open a case for us.

On 2 November 2025, my father borrowed a motor vehicle from one of his clients, with her full consent and knowledge. He operate a driving school, and his own vehicle was undergoing repairs at the time. The purpose of borrowing the vehicle was to purchase car parts needed to fix his own vehicle.
The vehicle was parked near his residence, specifically around the corner from his home. He stays at a corner property, and the vehicle was parked in a position that was visible from one of the bedroom windows.
At the time the incident occurred, he was in his garage with his son, and a mechanic, working on repairs to my personal vehicle.
When he later went to check on the borrowed vehicle, he discovered that it was no longer at the place where it had been parked. He immediately realised the vehicle had been stolen.
He was shocked and immediately began asking neighbours if they had seen anything unusual. Unfortunately, none of them had, and there are no surveillance cameras in the area.
He then contacted the vehicle owner, to inform her that the vehicle had been stolen. She in turn contacted her vehicle tracking company, which informed her that the tracking device was last located in the Soweto area. However, only the tracker was found — the vehicle itself was not recovered.
The vehicle owner thereafter reported the theft to the South African Police Service. A case was opened, and he received the case number from the police via SMS.
He wish to confirm that he had no involvement whatsoever in the theft of the said vehicle. He did not authorise, arrange, or participate in its disappearance in any way.
He has been fully cooperative with the vehicle owner and with the authorities since the incident occurred. He is willing to provide any further information or assistance required in the investigation.

I delivered sand at a client's site in Woodstock. The grid above the hopper have a damaged spot where my foot and leg went through. Photo's are available. There was an eye witness. I fell in injuring my right leg resulting in treatment and being booked off for 2 months and 2 weeks. IOD covered my medical expenses and I received a reduced salary. I may need further medical treatment for my knee. Will see the doctor next month for further assessment.
Can I claim from the company (not my employer) for pain and other expenses like uber and travel to the doctor and physio ? IOD does not cover that. The shortfall on my salary and bonusses like kilometres and diesel that I lost. Someone said I can claim this from UIF. I had injury to my hamstring resulting in a blood clot inside the muscle and as I fell sideways my knee also got injured but I will need a CT scan to see how serious. I 'm not too concerned about that. My doctor said we will see next month if further scan and surgery be needed. Other people also stepped into the damaged gap on that grid last week and another driver of a truck company said one of his colleagues broke his leg there. I feel the company is negligent as they have not repaired the damage yet.

My old friend’s name is Selby Ndlovu so I asked him why is he interested about trading account he said that he has a brother/ friend coming from overseas wanting to transfer crypto currency and he promised that he will get 5 percent and he will share with me once its on my account I only have to receive it and transfer the rest to the crypto address that he will give me.
The amount he promised to transfer was R2 million and I agreed to him because I trusted that he is mostly doing business and helped me when ever I needed small money like R2000 below.
The money came to my account and I was surprised that he was true and when it was time to transfer the money to his brother overseas he supposed to give me 1 address/account to transfer to so he told me to transfer to different accounts different amounts, I immediately became suspicious asking questions that where is this funds from and why do I have to send them to different accounts he replied as this money is not stolen or involved in any case I continued until I saw my trading account blocked.
I reached to him told him that why is account blocked he said he will get back to me I showed him screenshots of my account being blocked and I persisted asking him he just thought I he did not have a really good answer.
On the 8th of july 2025 I was driving my car to the mall with my 7 year old son and my younger brother, as I was approaching the mall I was approached by more than 30 police to with rifles and face masks asking me to step outside and lay down on the ground together with my younger brother and my I heard my son screaming but I could not see him. The police started beating me brutally asking me about the victim at that time I did not know what they were talking about, we went to the apartment that I stay in and they left my son with the securities at the gate crying and screaming. we found my other brothers and his friends, they also beated them lightly.
They asked me about 2 million that I received in my account then I knew right away that was the funds sent by Selby Ndlovu. I told them the funds were from Selby and I do not know any victim they continues beating me heavily for hours even though I told them I have whatsapp proof that Selby put the money. They searched the apartment and took my laptop and broke the wardrobe shelves looking for money they wanted that R2 million everywhere. We went to fetch my phone at my little sister and because I left them with phones thinking they where in the car.
We got the phone nothing was done to the phones no whatsapp was looked they just put them away and continued to beat me and suffocated me with the plastic until I was unconscious two times. When I woke up I was exhausted they were eating. We then went home they searched and broke the doors and searched for R2 million and the victim. We then went to my close friends home hoping he will tell them something about that I as with him the whole week visiting him time to time. They Also lightly beat, searched him too and took his sons laptop, cards, drivers license and his laptop.
My younger brothers were with me in other cars all this time from about 11am till 6pm. From all these hours I couldn’t talk only beaten, suffocated.
We went to look for Selby when it was getting dark at about 7pm and we couldn’t find him. They took me back to the apartment and told me to bath and change and took away my bloody clothes and shoes then they detained me on the same day at diepkloef police station and they said they will find Selby.
On the 9th of July 2025, i couldn’t move I was taken to the hospital and nothing was really done i was given painblock pills and my whole body was sore couldn’t move or sleep. Then when I came back from the hospital I couldn’t take pills because they insisted I eat first but I couldn’t because my jaws were very swollen couldn’t open my mouth.
Later on the 9th of July 2025 came to officers to charge me with kidnapping and I was informed that they captured Selby. On the 10th July 2025 I went to court I was surprised I didn’t go see the magistrate/ judge I was just released just like that. At that time I dnt have a phone and only asked a friend through the court security to send me money for transport and I was afraid thinking I was followed or im released to be killed or something because all my family and friend and neighbors know nothing about my where abouts at the time.
I arrived at home and I was approached by my older and younger brothers telling me we looked all over for you and they said they they were on a lookout again for me.
When I was released on the 10th of July Selby already told some friend of mine which he know him through me that he must tell my family that I will be released on the 10th or latest 13th July 2025. I began to be more and more confused about how sure was he and Selby called my younger brothers phone to talk to me he told me that he is sorry he also didn’t know about that its kidnapp funds they lied to him.

He kept on apologizing he says he didn’t know, he also told me that officer Ndlovu will release my belongings to him and my friend’s belongings also including my car.
Came the day 13th July I called to check selby about my belongings because I was starting to fight that why he sounds so much like nothing is happening and I get to lose my health and identity.
He kept on saying Mr Ndlovu is at limpopo for some case and because he was annoyed he ended up giving me Mr thulani Ndlovu numbers so I cantact him with my friend who his belongings were also taken Mr thulani ndlovu said that he already gaven them to selby we called selby then he says that he is got them he is only fetching the cards wallet belonging to my friend at his house.
Now i and my friend asked why are is the wallet separated from our belongings. Selby came with only my friends belongings and on a old bag and some passports that did not belong to him so we gave selby back the bag and he was not hurt and that time was in 2025 july 28.
From that day Selby kept on telling me that Mr Thulani is out of the province and he will get back to him and I do not understand why is he confortable with speaking to Selby but not me the owner and why is whenever I call Thulani Ndlovu, Selby will call me back and tell me that he says im calling him too much. I got Mr Thulani Ndlovu he said he will send me his office address so I can come get my belongings and a certain paper that says I must come to court after that he went silent until I found his office through locating my phone.
30 August 2025 I stopped completely to talk to Selby because I don’t understand his relashionship with Mr Thulani Ndlovu. So began looking for my car at saps I found at Lenasia where they keep cars they wanted a release form.
10 September 2025 I reached to Mr Thulani Ndlovu via whatsapp giving him all the proof of payments of my belongings then the following day went to the offices after that and I found that he wasn’t around his colleague called I was told he was out of the province again and told to come back on the 22nd September 2025.
I asked a closeby friend with a car to go to the offices then he was called and said he was on his way, at that time I have my physical documents that I thought could help.
The only thing that Mr Thulani Ndlovu said to me was that they are taking my car not knowing that is the saps taking my belongings and I must leave now before he arrest me.
I have been implicated in a kidnapping case through my trading account by a friend I trust that he wont cost me my trading account beacause I use it for a living and the trauma that I am faced that day. My son is also deeply affected by all this situation and he now hate cops, still today my hands are not healed inside and I my many strange pains after so long.
I Have been using my trading account from 2016 and I have never been asked such a favour and It has never been blocked in anyway.
I wrote this knowing well that kidnap is a very serious case and I wouldn’t have helped Selby with my bank account I would have suspected something wrong but with a trading account I know he has asked me because he doesn’t understand trading accounts. but I don’t understand why I wasn’t given a chance to show them proof on my phone and I dnt understand the relationship that Mr thulani ndlovu and selby ndlovu have with my belongings my shoes, cellphones, laptop, I.d passport, driving lisence , clothes and my deceased father clothes also missing.
I wrote this not only to get all my things and I am still confused what is being done by my belongings especially my (identity documents, driving license, passport) to be on hold for so long what can I do without my identity i cant even borrow a car. As it is all in the news about police corruption and evidence plantation even deaths of victims and cover ups, I do not know what is Mr Ndlovu doing with my belongings.
I do not trust Mr Thulani Ndlovu due to that he ignores me and always away. While I was tortured they promised to kill me a number of times drawing guns and uncuffed me telling me to run so the can shoot me. And I deeply sense that he has some agreement with Selby about my things or the whole case im still confused even today.
I am an ordinary person whom is not fighting with anyone for anything and whatever might happen to my life is due to this case death or evidence plantation I do not know.
Its has been three months fighting for my belongings, calling, ignored to sort this case. And I am not attending any court and im not on any bail.

I would like some advice regarding my lease agreement. I've moved in to the property 2 Months ago and due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to pay last month's rent. I am filing a claim against my former landlord for unlawfully withholding my rental deposit and charging me rent for a month I was no longer occupying the property. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with her regarding the return of my deposit, she ignored my efforts and eventually blocked the members of my family.
She claims the rent charge is due to a mini dustbin I left behind, although I went back to fetch it. Furthermore, there was no signed lease agreement between us, meaning there was no legally binding contract that required a 30-day notice period. She now claims the deposit is forfeited because I did not give her such notice. However, other recent tenants notified her just last week Friday and have already received their deposits back. This demonstrates inconsistent and unfair treatment.
I am requesting the full return of my rental deposit and cancellation of the unjustified rent charge.

Bought a joint bond 2012. First repayment done in January 2013. October 2013 the boyfriend passed away. Had to continue paying alone as I couldn't afford to get a lawyer in order to remove the boyfriend in it. Never got any assistance from the in laws as the wanted nothing to do with me. Continued paying till October 2022 as I had to sell regarding house breaking that was happening often. The question is why must I get half of the payment when all along it was only me that was paying that house as my late boyfriend didn't have a life cover. Even when I went to the bank in 2013 to inquire on what to do they said I must get a letter of executor. During that time I couldn't afford a lawyer as I had to take care of all the expenses of the house alone. According to me the only thing that was left for my boyfriend was only his name. I mean for the whole 10 years I've been paying that bond alone. So why now when I sell a half must remain behind? I need an urgent assistance as I'm really confused and concerned too.
